How does iRise work?

From the first sip of an alcoholic drink, your body undergoes a stress response to break down the alcohol. As the average liver can only process one standard drink
per hour, any additional drinks consumed puts further stress on the body and cause the alcohol-induced toxins to circulate longer than necessary. The ingredients in iRise help break down the toxins and replenishes the lost nutrients, vitamins and minerals used so you can wake up feeling ready for a busy day.

Will iRise stop intoxication?

iRise does not prevent intoxication or enhance sobriety. There is no ‘cure’ for a hangover except not drinking alcohol. Please drink responsibly and never drink alcohol and drive. If you feel you or anyone you know has a drinking problem, please reach out to your local government for your best support.

When should I take iRise?

For the best results you can drink a full bottle of iRise right before your first drink, between drinks or before you go to sleep. If you’re not drinking iRise can be taken anytime as a smart drink as its designed to help you combat daytime fatigue.

What does it taste like?

Each bottle of iRise is naturally sweetened and as we only use real whole fruits and herbs, you can expect it to have an earthy, coconutty, lemony flavour.

Can I take iRise if I have any dietary restrictions?

iRise is free from sugar, caffeine, soy, gluten, nuts, lactose, artificial flavours and animal products.

How do I store iRise?

iRise can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated. If kept at room temperature please ensure the bottles are stored out of direct sunlight.

Can I take iRise whilst on medication?

As everyone is different and the range of medications available is so broad, we recommend you consult your medical practitioner before use.

Can I take iRise while pregnant?

Please consult with your medical practitioner before consuming.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account on our website and select subscription on your account dashboard, from there you can adjust your subscriptions.

How do I snooze my subscriptions?

If you’re heading away for a bit and want to snooze your account, just log into your account and navigate to subscriptions to snooze your orders. Orders need to be snoozed 3 business days before your delivery date to ensure you aren’t charged for the order.

How do I rush my order?

Too many parties between orders and need your iRise in a hurry? Just log into your account and navigate to subscriptions to rush your order

How do I increase/decrease my subscription?

Log into your account and navigate to subscriptions to change your subscription quantity. Orders need to be adjusted 3 business days before your next delivery date to ensure the next order meets your new requirements.

How do I change my delivery frequency?

You can choose your delivery frequency to every 30, 45 or 60 days. To adjust your delivery frequency, snooze or rush your order please log into your account and click on subscriptions to manage. Order frequency needs to be adjusted 3 days before your next delivery to ensure the new requirements are met.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription by logging into your account and navigating to subscriptions and selecting cancel under actions. Please ensure you cancel your subscription 3 business days before your next order otherwise you will be charged.
If you are going away, or just need a break you can always snooze your order by logging into your account and navigating to subscriptions and selecting snooze.

How do I refer a friend?

Once you’ve registered with iRise, you can refer as many friends as you want by logging into your referral dashboard. Our referral program allows you to gift your friends $10 off their first order. For each friend who orders through your referral, you’ll receive $10 credit.

How does the referral program work?

The referral program allows existing iRise customers to refer friends to enjoy iRise too. Each referral you send to friends gifts them $10 off their first order and you get $10 credit for each successful referral.

One of my referred friends ordered, but I didn’t get credit. Why?

When you refer, your friend will receive an email with a discount code. If your friend doesn’t use the code when ordering then you won’t be credited.

I got a referral email, but I didn’t receive a discount. Why?

To receive a referral discount, you must sign up using your friend’s unique discount code. If you think there has been a mistake, please contact us at [email protected]

I invited someone but they never received an invite. What should I do?

Firstly ensure that you have referred your friend using the correct email address. If you have, ask your friend to check their spam folder. Failing that, you can copy and paste your unique link and send it directly to your friend. Please note that if your friend is already an iRise customer then you won’t be able to redeem your referral.

I only know a few people, and most of them already buy iRise. What should I do?

Starting a new hobby is a good way for you to meet new people. Maybe take up guitar, competitive dog grooming or surfing. During the first few conversations with your new friends, discuss your combined interest in looking after your health and enjoyment of saving money, see if they share the same interest and obtain their email address.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with your tracking link once your order leaves our fulfilment centre. If you can’t find the email, or enjoy monitoring logistics companies you can click here to track your order.

My tracking link shows “unknown status”. What should I do?

If for some reason your order doesn’t arrive within your delivery time frame, please contact us on [email protected] and we’ll help you sort it out. Please ensure you put your order number, full name and delivery address.

I accidentally put the wrong address in after I placed my order. What do I do?

Once your order has entered to be processed it cannot be cancelled or modified, however if you notice your address is wrong straight after placing your order, email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to modify the order. If we are unable to modify the order we will have to wait for the shipment to be tracked and delivered before we are able to resend it.

I was too eager to buy something and placed an order by accident, how do I cancel it?

If you placed an order accidentally, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will try our best to cancel the order before it is processed, however if the order ships you must return the order to us within 30 days. For a full refund the order must be unopened, with the seal intact and returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Any opened packages are not eligible for returns.

I have a discount code and I forgot to apply it after I placed my order.

If you forgot to apply the code to an order, please email us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll help you retroactively apply the discount. Retroactively applied codes must be done within 24 hours of placing your order.

What is your refund policy?

iRise is designed to make sure you’re happy and have the best experience. So if for some reason you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your first order, minus the shipping and handling costs. To request a refund either email us at [email protected] with your full name, order confirmation number and reason for your request within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we approve your refund request, you’ll receive an email notification. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect back on your account. Refunds are processed as soon as we receive and approve your request. If you don’t receive your refund after getting our email notification, please contact your own bank.
